MANDATORY INTERNSHIP (M/F/D)
IN ONLINE COMMUNICATION & CREATIVE CONTENT – AT LEAST 6 MONTHS
We're glad you're here. We're all about handmade, meaningful jewelry that tells stories and embodies values like sustainability, honesty, and craftsmanship . We're a small, intimate team , and we're looking for someone who shares our passion.
If you're curious about how a small, fine jewelry label communicates online and what creative threads come together here, then we invite you to become part of our family.
During this mandatory internship, you will delve deep into the exciting world of jewelry.
What can you expect from us?
We'll guide you through the planning of your own ideas, from conception to execution and completion. You'll see your work bear fruit right away!
- Become a content professional: You'll explore exactly what a content manager does, the diverse tasks involved, and how this promising field makes a real difference for a company. Our goal is for you to end up with so much expertise that you'll be truly attractive to future employers!
- The proof of the pudding is in the pudding: Especially for you if you're considering entering this creative online career but are perhaps unsure because it's not entirely traditional – here's your chance to try it out from scratch. No pressure, with plenty of support.
- Insights in all directions: You'll help us tell our story online: from developing creative ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and maybe even YouTube, to taking photos and filming, and writing copy for our social media channels and website.
- Creative freedom & support: We invite you to contribute your own ideas and work with us on new concepts for campaigns or even the visual representation of designs.
- A look behind the scenes of jewelry making: Even if your primary focus is online, you'll also get a glimpse into how our jewelry is created. You'll gain insight into the various techniques and processes—an exciting bonus that will give you a more comprehensive understanding of the industry.

You enjoy working independently , but also value exchange within a team.
You are creative and enjoy using social media and creating content.
You are not afraid to try new things – even in front of the camera (not a must, but a plus!).
- Steep learning curve: You'll get firsthand experience of the online world of a small business and rapidly develop your skills in content creation and management.
- Personal mentoring: You will be personally supervised by me (Linh, trained graphic designer & jewelry designer) and benefit from my know-how in design and visual communication.
- A portfolio worth seeing: During your internship, you will create your own portfolio with real projects (social media posts, videos, photos).
- Exclusive jewelry love: Of course, there are attractive discounts on our collections as a small thank you.
- Space for your ideas: You have the opportunity to try out your own projects or preferences in online communication related to jewelry.
- A truly welcoming team culture: You'll be a full member of our small team from day one. We work closely together, support each other, and value an open atmosphere. There are no hierarchies here; instead, we strive for collaborative work.
- Pure practice: No operating a coffee machine (only for yourself, if you like), but direct collaboration on real projects and the opportunity to actively shape the online presence of an up-and-coming label.
- Insight into the industry: You will gain valuable insights into the world of jewelry and the everyday life of a small business owner.
- Chance for more: If the chemistry is right and you really get into it, there might be the possibility of further collaboration after the internship .
- Trial phase: The first 4 weeks are a trial phase – for you and for us, to ensure that the collaboration is a good fit for both sides.
