Payment methods and shipping costs

1. Delivery
1.1 Your order will be shipped via DHL Insured
1.2 I ship to the following countries: Germany

2. Shipping costs
2.1 Within Germany, delivery is free of charge for orders over €150. For orders below this amount and for deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €3.90 applies.
2.2 If self-collection has been agreed, the customer will be informed by the seller that the ordered goods are ready for collection. After receiving this email, the customer can collect the goods from the seller's headquarters or an agreed location after consultation with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

3. Payment options
3.1 You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries within Germany, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:

• Prepayment by bank transfer
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Paypal
• Cash on pickup
• Giropay

4. Costs of a return
4.1 The return shipping costs will be fully borne by the customer and deducted from the purchase price once the goods are delivered to the specified address undamaged and in like-new condition. The remaining value of the goods will then be refunded to you within 14 days .
