Shipping information
Each of my jewelry pieces is handcrafted with great attention to detail. As I have a small studio, it may happen that your desired piece of jewelry is not immediately in stock. If it's already finished, it will be on its way to you within 1-3 days.
Should it need to be custom-made for you, please allow a production time of up to six weeks, plus 1-3 days for shipping within Germany. Shipping is free and insured for you.
Returns
Should you not be satisfied with your piece of jewelry, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that the pieces of jewelry must be unworn and undamaged.
You, as the customer, will bear the return shipping costs of €10; these will be deducted from the refunded amount once your return has reached me.
