Blossom Ring

The filigree Blossom Ring, crafted from solid 14k gold, features a design reminiscent of a blossoming flower. At the heart of the blossom rests a shimmering 5 mm moonstone , embraced by intricately crafted leaves that capture the vibrancy of the plant world.

The soul of Japan: Why floral motifs? The rich use of floral and plant motifs in Japanese art has deep roots and has fascinated the world for centuries. The depiction of nature in woodblock prints ("ukiyo-e") flourished, particularly during the Edo period (1603-1868). These motifs were more than just decoration; they carried symbolic meaning and reflected the Japanese's close relationship with nature and the seasons. The cherry blossom (sakura), for example, represents beauty, but also the transience of life. Chrysanthemums symbolize longevity and prosperity.

The depiction of flowers and plants in various stages of growth or in conjunction with other natural elements reflected the changing seasons and harmony with nature. Japanese artists demonstrated a masterful mastery of depicting flora and fauna, often with clear, concise lines and flat areas of color, developing a distinctive aesthetic.

The Blossom Ring takes up this tradition and combines the love of nature with the fascination for organic forms that has inspired us for centuries.

Your Blossom Ring will be handcrafted especially for you. This emphasizes its unique character and can take up to six weeks to complete . Because each moonstone is a natural product and each creation is handcrafted, slight, beautiful variations in the stone and design may occur.

Each of my pieces of jewelry is handcrafted with great attention to detail. Since I have a small studio, it may happen that your desired piece isn't immediately in stock. If it's already finished, it will be on its way to you within 1-3 days .

If it needs to be custom-made for you, please allow up to six weeks for production , plus 1-3 days for shipping . But rest assured: The wait is worth it! Shipping is, of course, free and insured .

If you are not satisfied with your piece of jewelry, you can return it within 14 days of receipt .

Please note that the jewelry must be unworn and undamaged .

As a customer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of €10 , but these will of course be deducted from the refunded amount once I have received your return.
