Your Moonlit ring will be handcrafted especially for you. This can take up to six weeks to complete . Since every moonstone is a natural product and each piece is handmade, slight, beautiful variations in stone and design may occur.
Order & Ring Size: At checkout, you can specify your desired ring size by circumference, diameter, or as a standard size (in Germany). If you are unsure about the size, I am happy to advise you.

Shipping information
Each of my pieces of jewelry is handcrafted with great attention to detail. Since I have a small studio, it may happen that your desired piece isn't immediately in stock. If it's already finished, it will be on its way to you within 1-3 days .
If it needs to be custom-made for you, please allow up to six weeks for production , plus 1-3 days for shipping . But rest assured: The wait is worth it! Shipping is, of course, free and insured .
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your piece of jewelry, you can return it within 14 days of receipt .
Please note that the jewelry must be unworn and undamaged .
As a customer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of €10 , but these will of course be deducted from the refunded amount once I have received your return.
I will provide you with a shipping label for the return shipment. Simply contact me via the contact form or directly by email at info@mongstudio.de to arrange the return.
